1609mhz same timing..even vdimm 1.8v not stable...vNB increase not stable..dem...1min prime sure faild..

CPU stable...already test many times..
NB not sure stable...but even i increase vNB and lower it down will never help in 1609mhz ram...

let it be..later try again..life as a student really troublesome leh...   
ill find the culprit sooner or later

actually it's a better practice to push cpu/ram only..
after getting the stable setup for the each of them later play with other things..
would appreciate to give all the setting details..

it could be caused by something else like nb freq or others that we not notice..
7cl @1600 is already tight.. certain freq convenience with certain timing.. some not even stable if we set it loose..

the best way push the ram first without involving others such as mobo n cpu..
let it at default and see how far the ram can go..

1100mhz for hyperx is like asking a stock ex5 to do 180kmh man.
