I think lets see how's the turnout gonna be in Team 1 first.  At this point, it looks like the crazy gang is falling apart with the pullouts due to lack of confidence and im sure their confidence will go up again after this Saturday.

Let's balance the team squad evenly, then we can have 2 teams.
We should have captain / manager to speak out & manage the positions.

Kang & Arroyos would be a great boost.

I know GansForHire All Stars, luckily its not in our group, they are the 2007 champion & 2008 runners up in our industry's closed competition organized by CORBIS Images.

Just my suggestion, either we go 2-2 format, or 1-2-1 (which the left & right wing have to be faster than Lionel Messi to come back for defence)

I have put down my prefer position & Glozz or course, maybe we can still adjust here & there when we have all the preference, captain will have his say.

Ok, During the tournament, I don't think we can say who is better at runner or good at scoring.
Like Glozz said, we keep it simple.
Play 2 touch ball, touch & pass if possible.
And if there is an opening for any players, try to to shoot or score.
Simple 2-2 formation will have a slightly advantage on the defence,
but no matter what, while we are in defence, every players would have to be part of it.

One important thing I gotta voice out is wherever if the defender would have dash forward to counter attack, someone must be back to cover his position.

Anyway, the formation would be easily run off when comes to real play as we don't train together and different players expect different style.
So listen to Kang, ermmm sweat.gif , not sure if it works depends on what he said during the game, ha ha
