Hi guys!! NEED HELP!! I have stocks which comes from China and It has arrive in Msia on the 03/07/2009 but till now I have not receive it yet. I've check online on the China Courier Service to trace the parcel and it states that it has arrive in Malaysia and goods being pass to Customs.

How do I trace and go about it? I do not have any other details besides the tracing number. The hotline number on the web is China hotline number, there's no other details that I got!! I did not receive any call or letter till now

try to get the contact from custom website http://www.customs.gov.my/ and highlight yr case and to them.
print out the delivery status from yr supplier/shipper's website to keep as reference and for yr safekeeping. just in case the record will be deleted after some time, as to them(supplier), the stock has been delivered. it is the matter between you with custom now.

yeps as said above, most probably stuck at customs.
most probably have to pay customs tax, so u need to call them up to verify and most probably go there yourself to pay and settle it.
that's if your shipping company doesnt handle it for you.

Have to claim it at Customs office near LCCT.

if were by sea? I must go port klang? how they charge the tax?
