can u post some pics by Samsung Jet?
i heard rumours saying that Samsung Jet camera module is also used in Sony Ericsson C901..

what do u mean by camera module?? is it the features/function?

Samsung JET camera :

SE C901 camera:

*just read some forum post and comments & it seems that its true that SE have used camera modules from Samsung Electronics..
there are a few of SE mobile phone using samsung camera modules..

no, its europe firmware..contain no asian language..i'm using english so theres no problem for me to update it..

if u need chinese language, have to wait for asian firmware..not available yet..

if its available i'll post it here..

thanks dauf...i have not bought jet yet,but would like to flash it after i bought it,but just wanna know whether it is buggy like LG km900.
Btw,what highh resolution file dou you able to play in its video player?can you play video of 720X400 mpeg?

ow..there r few bugs and the latest firmware fix it..
yes, the highest resolution 720x480..cant play mpg..
video can play DviX avi, mp4..

yup, can..youtube can be play in the Dolfin Browser

nice shots.. but i think Samsung Jet pics abit different,
details are great (look at the audi),
but colors are warmer...(hot like ur pokok Cili , or maybe because ur pics taken in the afternoon)
(dunno la coz not compare side by side same picture, just based on my rabun eyes only )

i know this is samsung jet thread, but i post pics just to see whether the rumours true or not..
Samsung Electronics really know how to make camera phone lenses.. the pics are beautiful, whether it from SE or SAMSUNG..

Have u try to type sms while u r driving? Is it difficult to type a sms..?

while driving? hehe..never try yet..
for me, typing sms in portrait / landscape(QWERTY keyboard) mode is very easy..
the space for every number/alphabet for sms is very big..so u can msg at ease..


when typing there is tactile feedback, mske it like u press a button while typing..
IMO really easy to type msg..

dauf87, your Route66 GPS got M'sia map or not? You said you were looking for it earlier.... BTW, where did you get the firmware upgrade guide from, or are you a pro? If me means scared I'll brick it.

Yup, Route66 GPS have Malaysia map, but sadly when i want to upgrade to drive to and walk to function, for Malaysia it's not yet available..

lowyat mobile phone's floor has a shop offer me 1699 with 4gb micro sd.btw dauf,the jet with S8003 firmware is not sensitive,is s8000 firmware has large improvement?
