Jet was released to compete with LG Arena (not sure the price)

i just bought it for the price of RM1850
including standard accessories, 5 layer screen protector,
in car charger.
FMG warranty, come with free 90 days manga reader (FMG freebies)

First sight, what a phone .
have everything i need.
except for the GPS part.
need to use google, not good.

anyway, i spoke to the salesman, they also sell Garmin GPS Nuvi,
so, i told him to try the software to Jet later.

wow that is expensive, last 2 weeks i ask the shop near my house, selling for rm 1700 only 100% original as samsung does not have AP

actually, that price come with 16Gb mem card. the phone only was RM1750. bit expensive la maybe

what brand is your microsd card?

i'm trying the route66 nav now. still download the software.
size bout 122Mb. i been told that it does have mKL and JB maps.
but first you have to enable your navigation features. it has been locked for s8003 model, dont know why.

from the link above..it shows that its browser has a "copy text" function,but don't know what it can copy and how does it copy? So would like to ask you guys your jet can do that? the link is from India,i assume it is a S8003,but hope those S8000 can give some feedback as well. Thanks in advance

i can finally use gps. route66 works well, but no drive/walk to features are not available for malaysia. therefore i tried amazaGPS for samsung mobile phone s7330.

it did have malaysia map, just no drive to and walk to features available for malaysia. so u kindda use it like google maps, but free la. no gprs/3g charges.

yup, im havving prob eith toshiba microsd, some forumers said sandisk and kingston microsd works well with JET..

so now what microsd are u using now?

aiks i always thought tis is winmo base pda.. quite a disappointment to me...

then get omnia II ... a bit bigger than Jet but looks similar (design).

estimated price is RM 2,399 for 8GB version.
