All Sifus, if I open an IBFX account with USD50 free initial deposit. Is my understanding at the following correct ?

-Using 1:200 leverage and 0.01 lot size. EUR USD pairing.

1) I am controling USD10,000 with USD50 given.

2) 1 standard lot is 100,000 units, my case amount per lot would be 100,000 / 200 = 500. Since my lot size is 0.01, then 500 x 0.01 = USD5.
Meaning every lot I open is worth USD5. I have USD45 free margin.

3) In EU pairing one pip is USD10, so my case would be USD10 x 0.01 = USD 0.1 @ 10 cents per pip.

4) If my profit target is 15 pips, it is USD1.5.

5) When I set my stop loss is 30 pip, then I am risking 6% of my capital of USD50

If the above is correct, how to comply the recommended stop loss at 2% ? If I force to follow 2% ST, then I will have only 10 pips room to tolerate.

Any advice is much appreciated. smile.gif

Has anyone heard about esatrader.com? They claim to have a system to trade eurusd and proven to be earning. Also, you have to pay Rm600 for it. Anybody has any take on this?

Yes, I have used it and I find it to be very profitable. We can now "Sleep and make money" using the automated software since it has proven to be quite consistent.

esa another buble to be burst soon or sooner
I have friends in Hong Kong, and I’ve get my friends to check out their so called “incorperated” in Hong Kong office (the one stated on the website), and it turns out that the office is non-exist. It is a virtual office. For those who don’t know what is virtual office, go search it. it means they “rent” a “company address” just for the put the company name there, but in actual, they do not have office. it’s something like Imaginary Office. After i hear that, i check all the other so called address of other office in china, singapre, and thailand, ALL ALSO VIRTUAL OFFICE!! which means, this “company” have NO office AT ALL! they are all just empty shell!
go search their address, you will see a lot of comapany, also using the exactly same address,
because why, they also rent the same address!
So it means that if you got a problem, suddenly they disappear, and you thought u still can find them in the office, and you will end up no place to go to, BECAUSE IT NEVER EXIST.
AND that is not the worst yet, the so called “FINANCIAL Broker” the NZ Finance, ALSO VIRTUAL OFFICE, How in the hell a real financial broker can function even without a proper office???
So think again if you think you want to invest in this company
This is so James Phang style. disappear with no sign left for you to search!
Can anyone explain to me, if their system is so good, why would they want to employ so many SE and emmax ppl to help them run this business??
if you really interested in Forex, better find a regulated broker to trade with,
No regulated broker have a lot of problem, simply let ppl use their system, and have no control on them, these type broker very dangerous. they can cut you off without give u good reason, and they not afraid to do that coz they are not binded by regulation!

hi, i am still very new in forex. I bought one of the automated system from one of the forumer here. He recommended that i trade with Instaforex. How do you know if the broker is a regulated or non regulated? Also who are the regulated Forex broker in Malaysia?
OK i have been doing a lot of reading testing and experiment. I still find that i am not able to get into the market at the right time.
I am using Parabolic SAR, EMA(5) and EMA (10) and BB to see the trend change indicator. I also use RSI, MACD and stochastic as confirmation before i put a buy or sell order. Problem is by the time all this is align its already too late. I tried 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 1 hr. All is giving me the same result. I get into it too late. Any bro here care to give a newbie some pointers?

I guess you are better off developing your own strategy than to use softwares. Go and open a demo account and test your strategy over and over again till you are sure that you roughly what it takes..then go live.

I've yet to reach that level. I demo for about 1 month ++..then i go live. But i deposited small amount just enough for me to try out. Trading with real money and a demo acct can be two different world.

just my 2 penny smile.gif I guess sifus like kelvin, rtusa, adamG, sleepwalker can give you a helping hand smile.gif
