their curry sux .... full of powdery taste ..... yuck ... ours here is 100x better ...

same like Taiwan curry mee ..... those fella just take a scope of curry powder and put in your bowl of chicken stock noodles soup ... they call it curry mee (lol)

There is no such thing as a long term investments.
Mutual fund agent said these to suck in average investor to invest in them.
A very good business should break even in 3 years.

Selling cheap doesn't mean it has value, you may even buy a property that has no value what so ever.

Hoping the price to climb back. If it takes 5 years, how much you have to pay for the mortgage?

If you have the $$$$, go for investments such as properties in US, UK. They tend to appreciate very well compared to Kuala Lumpur.

Its not truly about the economy. Its about whether the location is good and whether its in demand.

canary wharf has lots of international banks & financial institutions right? quite near to london bridge.. if it's located at the heart of canary wharf, then fine i guess. but there is (or was) some cheap flats nearby canary wharf..so, be careful..
try search the exact location..maybe can use yell.com or other UK search engine. then, find out on the surrounding condos' rental.. if can get 1k pound per week, that's good.
but u have to consider ID, renovation, tax, agent and other associated costs as well.
