Icic. Actually muscle loss can happen if u havent been eating enough nutrition food and not excercise at all. But thats not good actually. But anyway im just beginning to learn abt all this as a trainer. So, dont take my advice 100% la. Im just advising based on what i know. I think doing light exercise to flatten the muscle is a better option.
