Borneo International Marathon 2010 (at KK) will be on 2nd May 2010!
Registration will start on 1st Feb 10. It's nice race to join, and KK is nice place to visit.

It's a running event in KK, running around KK town. Got full, half marathon and 10km category.... this is the 3rd BIM. So far i have joined 1st and 2nd BIM, and i think it's nice event to join.

Ops. Amat paiseh. Now condition so so only, hehe, not much training. Now also doing cycling, so less time for running.

Eh... paiseh la... i am not really fast. Anyway, currently i am doing around 20-30km a week. 1 LSD at weekend, 1 interval or tempo run at weekday, may be another 1 short distance run. I cycling apart from running.
