I think I am a crazy one. Didn't practice ever since SCKLM 22km, then suddenly jump straight to 10km..
I think it's a matter of time until my legs give in

It's weird. This run was the only time I had blisters on my toe. Maybe it's the sign to get a new shoes or maybe due to this run which is all hilly

I am going to rest for 1 week at least. Or rather take a break from running. Might even skip the PBIM and Mizuno. Next run might be on December

To say run 10km in 45 minutes, you'll be one of those usually qualified for a medal HAHAHA...
I ran my first 10km with a time of 1hour 6 minutes. Though now I would be able to achieve below 60 minutes. So I am not the normal people already... lol |

Here are the results of the Putrajaya Night Run
http://hooha.asia/index.php?option=com_con...93&limitstart=7 Though looking back at all my timing, I realised I didn't get fitter as to no training at all. At least 10 minutes off my 21km best This post has been edited by rukawa: Feb 8 2010, 06:23 PM |

I see some people put the chips and clip it on their shirt (vest), strange.
Those chips should be put on top the shoe. So please do it. Anyway, for those running and felt that they can't continue anymore, don't push yourself too much. Might be hazardous to your health |

QUOTE(navilink @ Feb 9 2010, 10:08 PM) u mean for the 7.7km one? i don't think u can potong Q.. when u arrive at finishing line, they give u a position card, only with that card u can take ur medal.. i think they only have 400 position cards kuar.. The potong queue is also when on the way to the finish line, people start to queue but some just go inside the queue. So it's before you get the position cards. |
