depending on what type of trainers you want to get. If u wanna get a high mileage trainers, look for more cushioning. Asics Gel kayano is a terrific choice, but the price is way off the chart, RM600. But it will last you for years. I am a medium arched runner and it suits me well!!! If you are looking for lightweight racers, try adidas supernova, pretty light but u sacrifise stability and cushioning.
