hi guys
im an amateur runner
havent tried running in a formal event but busting my a$$ in the gym on the treadmill
also doing bodybuilding but also now focus on uphill running via HIIT
been doing this for 3 months (with focus of 60minutes of uphill HIIT) and lost more than 7kgs

HIIT routine: 1 min sprint, 1 min rest
uphill routine:

gradient: 15% all the time
speed:

60 minute routine

been doing the 60 minutes routine 4-5 times (uphill most of the time) a week since january and stopped end of march and rested for a week since nak start balek my bulking up routine in the gym april-june

however, after 3 months, i can feel that something is wrong with my lower legs...

been to a sports doctor @ pantai medicare cheras and he recommended that i dont run for a while...he did not suggest physio just yet
he examined my NB shoes and the custom made in sole, and thought that its cutting edge and should not have posed a problem for me...yet he stressed i shouldnt run for a month first...
but i cant stop doing cardio - of course im doing a lot of things now to make up to more than 1000kcal everytime i cardio with minimal running
tapi i cant bear the thought of not having to run again

any of u runners ever experienced this?
