it was so humid tonight i felt like i was breathing steam.......overall a nice run, putrajaya has some great views, although i felt the layout was too spread out so you sorta lose out on the close knit feeling.

well organised though.....congrats men's health and shape!

yeah it was an awesome run for me........finished in 44:34 and finally managed to get the much coveted FTAAA medal that has eluded me for so long...its hard work getting an FTAAA medal.........of course it helped that most ppl are still away on holidays............hehehe. great run!
