QUOTE(phoenix @ Dec 3 2009, 11:07 AM) Creatine is a type of acid that is naturally produced in our body but certain people opt to buy them off the shelves. It provides you with a sudden surge of energy. However, it does more harm than good. It has been discussed before and answers can be found on Google. Added on December 3, 2009, 2:40 pmWill be leaving in the wee hours tomorrow morning for Macau and Hong Kong for the Macau Marathon this Sunday. Here's wishing those running Singapore Marathon and Salomon Trail Run the best of luck and happy running. And yeah, Sundown Marathon 2010 is now open for registration. The usual 84KM, 42KM and 10KM with a new 21KM for next year. I've signed up for 84KM. Who is game to join me? good luck in macau frank...and everybody going to singapore
