It has been a week and yet my right foot cant still blend it with the gel kayano

Finally after a few weeks i broke into my gel kayano, very comfy and i run a whole lot faster but now and then i get some aches on my right foot

Congratulations to ironrashid for winning the nike+ipod challenge, he will be competing with others in oregon (free trip to the states yay!) or so for the 315km challenge.
