The high end nike shoes for cross training purposes which is the zoom vomero 4 cost around 470-490, theres no known shoe from nike that cost more than 500 unless your talking about basketball shoes, they can go around 1000++.

if talks about Asics running shoe which cost more than RM500++, then it's consider normal.

Theres only one that i know of which is the gel kinsei and it was a failure because they put to much technology into it that made it weighy, there are mixed reviews about the kayano 15 and it cost less than 500 as well.

I really want to try out saucony and brooks, got to stop looking into a those very well hyped branded "whats in a name" shoes.

What sort of socks do i need for jogging? I heard that it can reduce injuries and improve the comfortability.

Just bought a pair of vomero's. This shoes are super bouncy and feels like your walking on pillows. Best cross training shoes ive ever had.

Ilianas_Toy: The Vomero is bouncy? Many complain it is too soft including myself but it has served me for about 1000KM.

Soft, bouncy, spongy, wobbly, its like a pillow wrapped around your feet, also my run improved a whole lot better, whenever i land my foot on the ground the cushioning works its way and pushes it back up again kinda like helping me, i dont know whether this is a good or a bad thing because it spoils my feet haha.
