I'm a slow runner (read walker). So, I don't mind bringing stuff with me. More of I have to - in case of emergency. Handphone is on my arm, car key is in my shorts pocket. In the SCKLM, I took so long to finish, my keychain became rusty! LOL

Get a pouch?
I put my power gel, mini bottle and ORS and it helped alot. last time pakai poket and FUAH the power gel printings faded alittle LOL

2moro i'ma go to the hospital again 2 meet a specialist. he'll decide whether i'ma need surgery to insert metal plate or not. after tht, it's 4-6 weeks lor.. or maybe sooner.. it's very hard to sit still.. but i wanna make sure i'm fully recovered be4 attempting anything..

scoop just FYI you can check out those em GT-2140's as Asics Concept Store in Queensbay Mall or go directly to their supplier in Komtar Ground Floor, the shop is directly beneath the huge LCD, all Asics carry 20% discount, got my shoes from there...
