Been hamstering in the gym. Getting more discouraged to run in the park due to frequent car break-ins especially Kepong Metropolitan Park. My fren became a victim in Jan 2010...lost money and handphone....they left the cc, IC and license....

Following week, my other buddy saw four fair skin men loitering there. I wear nice new clean shoes but aint running......

Beware.....but keep running.....
