@madfag
I'm a not-very-serious and non-competitive runner. I usually swim the day before. Eat whatever served in my house, only to avoid spicy ones. You may want to hear from the otai(s). |

There are dozens of them who are frequent runners. I knew because I always run at the back of pack and (almost) all girls take over me. So, I could notice them. But maybe they are not in here.

During the Mizuno Wave Run race-kit distribution, there also handed out a piece of paper. I did not take that paper. Anything important written there that I should know?
Thanks. |

It would be great if PACM could get plastic company as a sponsor and put the certs in plastic envelopes. My cert became belacan wrapper dy. For a slow runner who participates for the fun and joy of an event, a cert is a big deal to me (unless I'm pirating it).
And to the guy running in crocs, you amazed me. I understand barefoot running as I'm slowly starting to try it. But in crocs?? |

There was air horn blow to start the race. I was still at the track warming up. Just arrived.
I saw 6km and 10km distance marker. At first I thought another 6km to go because there was an arrow to it LOL! |

I believe the subject of supplements is subjective. If it works for you, it works. If it doesn't, then it is not meant to be. However, one should not make a general statement out of it and try to impose it on others.

To those racing this weekend, all the best where ever you are.
I stepped on something while barefooted just now. It bled and now feeling pain when walking. It makes me realize how important to watch your steps especially when race is nearer. Lucky I'm not doing anything this weekend. So, I'll just sit at home, recover and make myself fat. This post has been edited by hanjo55: Oct 30 2009, 03:04 PM |

I'm fine. Thanks. Just that I walk awkwardly. Of hundreds of people walking on that particular area, it has to be who stepped on that thing. Maybe karma hehe..
