There is a big carpark area next to POJ and another one opposite (next to Kompleks Perbadanan Putrajaya) But since there are many runners in SHAPE run better be there early to get a slot. And especially for those not familiar with Putrajaya area. Dont end up rounding the all the Precints

I am high arch, neutral to mild supinator. Need cushinioning and stability weighing less than 12 oz in weight. smile.gif
width normal or 2e also can, depend on shoe model i suppose.

is triumph 6 suitable for supinator? can try.
think the green hornet is suitable for me? but colour  doh.gif
*
The T6 is for neutral or supinator runner
The Green is real striking, create more vibrant to the running scene. U get used to it brader.
It got an Arch Lock so will locked up ur high arch comfortably
Its a cushion shoe and weigh between 11oz-12oz (depend on size.....as reported US9 weigh 11oz)
Width is Normal. U can try 1/2 size up if its too tight.

Note: I have been using the Triumph series since T3. I hv a T4, T5 and shud be using T6 for the second 1/2 of the year till next year as a training shoe. This model have been my faithful training buddy. Fastwitch 3 will still be my race day shoe for its light weight and effectiveness

buy a cheap entry level Casio sports watch. Nothing is lighter than this, unless u decide not to wear any timepiece

Have anyone heard of the Vibram Five Fingers? It have been getting raves for mimicking barefooted running and it have been said to improve your running experience.

http://www.vibramfivefingers.com/index.cfm

I'm looking to organise a bulk purchase for it as I'm interested in owning a pair just to experience it, anyone else would be in for this?
*
saw that in Sg. I just wonder if you can run with it comfortably. As we are never used to running barefoot. Wallking with it shud not be a prob.

Hi guise,
FINALLY got to try em Newtons from ccube. I love love love love it!!. I've never been able to do the heel strike (I prefer barefoot when I was younger) so it was an amazing product for me. But alas, my wide Asian feet are too wide for the shoes.  Newton recommends women with duck feet to buy men's model 1.5 size smaller.

RIP toenails.

@yennshin
I felt like giving up @ km6. But I knew I was dehydrated because I didnt start sweating till km7 or so (after drinking 3 cups of water). Putrajaya was warm but at least the drivers were nicer smile.gif

Syd, Nice to meet you last nite. Great to hear u have a good run with the NEWTON.

Buying 1.5 size smaller. You are oredi wearing US7, not sure if there is such small size in the mens model. If you are interested I can chekcc it out for you.
