i hv no speed now, after all the long runs and marathons.  gotta cut back on those on focus on shorter distance fr June/July onwards.  The Bomba route is more than 10k, so doing a sub50 is not easy, coupled with all the hills.

Sub 50.. hmm... sub 1 hour dulu kot... 55 mins seems a realistic target for now. Anything below 55 mins will be a big bonus.. Me same like Choi.. no speed currently..

Ipoh .. hmm.. nak lari ape ? Half ka ? Tht's just 2 weeks after SCKLM man... dunno if can recover on time or not... maybe 10K kot ?
*
ok laa....lets try 55min. anthing below will be a bonus for us. btw...i still havent register for the larian bomba. will do this weekend la...

Aiks... how to explain ar.... but it's there la, on the display. When U review Ur data, U can get Avg & Max pace, from the time splits U can get Avg pace + current pace (the current pace when U press the split button).

I'm considering getting the RS800CX from Chin Leong, very cheap I think. If I do then I'll let go my RS300sd.  tongue.gif

go get it bro...my gf will spank me if i get any new gadget for running. hahahaha...

Wow, quite interested.

Actually I wanted to wait for the Kinvara but its kinda late of arrival here. And I need a decent ones, but still havent make up my mind yet. Currently the Sir Isaac is in mind too, together with the trainer. I dont run race, yet, training to prepare for one tho, looking for something decent and durability is important too.
*
if price is not ur issue. go for newton. if not i would recommend saucony. our fren ccube selling it. give him a call. brooks also not bad. they have shop at the curve. try it so that u fall in love with it and run hapilly ever after.

Hey guys. Anyone knows where can I get a good belt to hold a water bottle during runs? Been asking around KLCC, Midvalley and One Utama to no avail. Tried searching the trade zone here too, nothing turned up. Thanks.
*
try pm ccube or phoenix....maybe they can help.

I see, I know Saucony is very good, judging from most of the taikos using, its just the design kinda turn me off except for the Kinvara, kinda sleek if u ask me  smile.gif

Had my eyes on Newton for quite some times, but havent decide which one yet. Perhaps racers are not my type, kinda looking into trainer, and durability is important.
Yeah sure, actually I have bunch of questions to PM you boss but afraid will disturb you, so when I really make up my mind only I kacau you hahaha. As mentioned the criteria is like above. Damn, I havent done the arch type test yet  sweat.gif
*
if u looking to get a newton....try sir isaac. i know craig alexander wearing the racer and im using the trainer. hahahahah..... donno ccube still have the promotion. ask him la.

Agree with Elgato... if it's free, sure good one. Well, on another note, maybe not many runners in this thread uses that shoes, hence the lack of review here. U can check out Running Warehouse Blog.. I think I read a review or preview, there.. Personally, I think the idea is there, just that if there's too much cushioning, U'll risk sacrificing other things, like responsiveness & loss of energy la...

Becoz it's a revolutionary concept, not unlike the Lunar foam, & it comes from Saucony... that's why
*
tenno...just buy newton. bet it look good on u. u can do ur PR with it. hehehe
