can anyone suggest me the house within this budget around gombak area.
2 storey house freehold...thinking of SG Phase 6...anyone plez help...going to buy house before end of this year.

I think better SG phase 9...more fresh air...especially Jalan 9/2...easy access.
Phase 9 had 1 big recreational park(Taman Tasik Seri Gombak) and residents area only...with 1 row of shop
nearby.

+ Good neighbourhood(friendly)
+ 25 years of development and with Bandar title.
+ Top of the hill without danger degree slope.
+ 1 of the recognize Taman in Gombak Area...can ask surrounding to confirm..i think all nearby
taman will give a thumb up.
