Cost of repairing roof..., which one better solution

yo guys..
ask inputs and opinion here...my roof old dee... now start to leak water....
i ask one guy to come and quote me...
he quote me replace the roof tiles around RM1k... i think between 10-20 pcs of roof tiles la...is this the standard rate?
he also quote me another method, which is to spray a layer of fiber on the roof...as protection..this one cover whole roof and can last 40-50 yrs...anyone tried this method before?
for short term, i can only replace the affected tiles...cheaper lor...
but can consider do long term....spray fiber whole roof also....

bloody expensive, 1 concrete roof tile cost around RM 2-3, clay RM3-4, 20 pcs = RM 80. cost of installing: can hire 2 indon to work 1 day, RM 100 each. All together only RM 180, RM 1000 is too much!!!
