QUOTE(maxizanc @ Jul 13 2009, 09:33 AM) Very hard to find an affordble MKV player that support FLAC and APE audio. Xtreamer not yet here cos 1st and foremost these MKV players are designed with video playback priority first .. rather than just being wireless audio streamers. (and no one muxes APE and FLAC into their Movie audio tracks)

I'm guessing it's the realtek since it can go RMVB 720p and also MKV 1080p

QUOTE(elmer @ Jul 15 2009, 10:28 AM) FYI, egreat does plays RMVB. They just don't claim it cause you need to pay licensing to Real Networks I didn't know the sigma chipset can play RMVB.. so it's just a firmware limitation (not hardware?) good to know then..

QUOTE(hlchor @ Nov 8 2009, 02:20 AM) I just bought the Asus' O!Play HDP-R1 HD Media Player and I am disappointed with its performance as it uable to play mov and vob files properly. I intend to return this unit to the reseller. vob DVD? use DVD iso format..it plays properly.. you buying realtek for wrong application.. use it for HD files like MKV or m2ts or WMV..
