In my case, my TE stick don't work with SF4 PC because it uses 1.1 USB. It won't work with 2.0. And I'm using the PS3 one too.
if it were the Xbox 360 version, you can just download a driver and ur done. But for PS3 guys, get a PCI USB 1.1. huhu. |

No. Apparently, the TE stick wants and sticks to the UHCI. It can't go anything above. Its stupid, but this is what's being implemented on the PS3 stick.
