i still always lose, anyway to improve , any guildeline on LHpunch combination ?

1) set ur (and ur fren) FPS from Variable to Fixed
2) try to participate online Ranked Match/Championship, or see Replays/Youtube of ur main character.

you used too many times flash kick randomly.
you used c.hk too much, use c.mk>sonic boom to replace it.

guile is not really a jump in do all sorts of long combo kinda guy.
you need to use his lp sonic boom for zoning. watch videos from muteki guile, he is good in terms of that.
guile's ultra is not really easy to land, unless your opponent whiff something big, or you hit him with a FA.
plus it does little damage.

use slow sonic boom, if opponent throw a projectile to counter it, use F+HP or HK to punish him, if he jumps use c.HP or s.MP, if he block, dash in to throw or use the target combo.

rinse and repeat.

where are your lp and lk?

i suggest you go to the challenge mode and play the normal and hard trials first.
sakura's heavy shouken is not spam-able. you are lucky the other guy isnt half good either. use it in a combo.
I.e. c.hp>light hurricane>s.lk>heavy shouken.

and stop recording video when you are playing since your computer arent really that powerful, the other party will be annoyed by your slow motion game.

Damn! USD150 and MadCatz only give a 4 way gate instead of an 8 way gate for the TE FightStick. Luckily it is easily mod.

You are right about jumping, I'll try to make it less happen.I think i use flash kick was based on the opponent thou, he likes to jab/combo at opponent's wake up..but again, i use too much flash kick

flash kick is not safe on block. it's only good for anti air and combo

well, for seth, i beat him with sakura, no problem.

come we play, i can play sakura quite reasonably ok.
not too bad. maybe you can pick up a thing or 2.
i can beat seth perfect on easiest =X
stun combo FTW.

how to block his zangief throw ar?

All throws cannot be blocked. This includes Akuma's Raging Demon.

Gotta jump away.

Or throw them out of their throw.
