what is the "Turbo" button usage? i press it then the green LED turned on...

turbo simply means auto-fire,

by holding down the turbo button+push any button, including directions, you will set it as semi automatic, when you hold the button, it does inputs up to 20 times per second.

by holding down the turbo button+push any button the second time, it will become full auto, you dun even need to press the button, it just does 20 inputs/second automatically, nonstop.

to clear all the turbo settings, hold turbo button and press select.

I wont use it lol

just asking

to use that button with SF4 mechanics...ends up to be jabbing all the time

got use.... for characters that has moves that requires mashing; like chun li, blanka, honda, and gen, but it would be consider as cheating la.
