Hi all,

My sister purchased a double-storey terraced house at Johor. According to the developer layout plan, there will be a "Kawasan Lapang" right in front the unit my sister bought and developer told my sis a playground will be built on the kawasan lapang.


Now the house is almost completed and we found that the developer is now building an oxidation pond (waste water processing station) on that said Kawasan Lapang !!! We were so angry and complained to the developer but they told us they are just following the kementerian perumahan's standard!! (Last time when they told us it will be a playground, they also said playgound is kementerian perumahan's requriement!!!)

Please advise how can we protest this against the developer? any authority that we can complain to?
