no probs. if finished let me know if i have extras i'll give u some more..
the best way to catch them is using small piece of tissue paper. wet a little on the tip and place it in the enclosure while the other tip holded. some will be attracted to it and once u saw one or two on the tissue rise it up slowly and jentik the tissue and it falls to the hungry little scorp..
oh yeah.. 1st time succeed breeding mealworms.. got some tiny little mealworm now.. damn tiny...

what? let the male crix chirp and the females come flying by? it might work.. coz male do attracts the female.. but u have to be very patient as for the wait and the loud chirping..

exactly like that. i only need to find what is the best design for the trap. and make a lot of it.

then i will put all over an area of about 10 acres. and i hope even thou this is still a concept it will work.

the desgin that i have in mind is something like a roach trap.

But if u drop a crix inside the tank this may stress the mother even more or they will fight and the babies may die.If the mother still keep on eating its babies then i think place a plate of mealworms is better

hmm a plate of mealworms.. that could work if the mother do come out from the burrow... and walk about..

Actually why not juz try feeding her pre kill mealworm by placing it at her pincher???
If u dun stress her and she have eaten well b4 giving birth i think shouldn't be a problem?
AFS brood usually survive well but i dunno wat happened to rideon's one though...

What happen was i didnt feed the mother regularly coz i was confius... lol.. if she is gravid or shes just fat.. coz i remember giver so much crix to eat and she looks fat.. but then i havent feed her for long and though shes still fat.. but it turns out shes gravid and so she ate all her babies.. well that could be the possibility..
now i have 2 females that are gravid and one are fatter than the other.. i still feed her and she delited and eats it.. so now its another waiting game for me and hope that she'll not eat her broods..
as for the pinheads, well i still have some... i'll pass to u at the exibition k ryo..

Added on July 21, 2009, 12:23 amhahah the 'WEED' well i only used small amount.. it works wonders though.. kinda looks alive..
