OK guys, this is the last time I'm going to comment on this issue since this is a photo thread anyway. The 'problem' with Malaysia is it's not Hong Kong or India or the UK. Over here, supermarkets keep non-halal items away from the public eye were it has its own special section, with its own special counter and its own special baskets. They go to great lengths and cost to establish this system based on the idea of tolerance and sensitivity therefore there's no way you can dismiss it as a non-issue as it is a known fact and a tangible reality that here at home, pork is a taboo among the majority of Malaysians. You cannot dispute this fact even if you try to. We can all get along if we care and understand about each others' feelings. BingYao made a very interesting remark in his PM to me saying I wouldn't know it was pork if Borsch Soup had not mention it. Well that's just the thing, he didn't have to mention it when he posted that picture, I would've definitely appreciated that. I admit I was offended but I'm not in any way angry or see you guys any less than my brothers here. I hope you guys understand where I'm coming from

there is nothing wrong with food pictures, be it pork, beef or un-slaughtered  animal,

food is still food, there is nothing wrong with that,
muslims also can eat pork if that is the only source of food on earth.. (darurat case) but surely it is impossible lah because there are still many fishes in sea..

i dont understand why some people got riled up over pork or other 'similar' issue, but when we look at these people personality, their families, their relatives.. especially the females in the families, sure got one who wear tudung not in proper way or even no tudung at all, wear body fit shirt..
belum masuk pasal solat jemaah, etc...

so please, for muslims, seeing pork pictures is not sinful..only the eating, trading, etc is.. if any of you got offended by pork pictures, i'm not sure how you gonna react when you attend a big event, seeing a minister's wife with no tudung.. will you speak up in front of everyone or just keep your mouth shut?
