Good photos depend a lot on the hardware. What's yours?

Agreed, and there's a whole range of other factors ie. user skills, environment, creativity etc, but all of those can be improved including software (mods). If you get the hardware wrong though, there wouldn't be much hope left

any guides on changing cam drivers? =)

Someone did say set the ISO to "Low" and switch to night mode if can. I believe it is to reduce noise in the pictures.

If can use a flash light also.
