We have Samsung, Pioneer, Panasonic thread here in this section already. Wonder if we could have a Sony Bravia thread here.
I am no promoting Sony here. The main reason why i opened this thread is because i am a fan of Bravia and aiming to buy a 40" Bravia by next year.
I think Sony's promotion is queit good now to compete with other brand. Cash back and Double cash back (extended to 31 July), trade in Program, 1 to 1 replacement within 1 months, and 0% installment.

when are the elite models like XBRs released? RGB LED + local dimming is the only ones worth me checking them out.. hehehe..

guy.. just wanna know.. izzit normal to hve ghosting effect when watching BD on FHD lcdtv, especially dark scene. This is bcoz, my 40"V400 having tht problem. Called up SC n technian come and took my tv for rectification. just got back my tv after a week they took. they said repair already. But, the ghosting is still there.

Sony BDP is getting cheap now.
The new BDP-S360 is only RM1999.
5 - 10 years from now, we could get BD for only RM500, and portable some more, lol.

Anyone heard about Maybank Treat Fair at Sony Style on tomorrow and Sunday? Those who has Maybank Credit card and Maybank ATM card (the cherry one) entitled to get 10% discount of BRAVIA LCD TV/Home Theater.
Is this the right time to buy BRAVIA/Home Theater at Sony Style? What say you?

I love my D300. Not Full HD but the 10-bit panel can display 1080/24p brilliantly. It was 7.5k 2 years ago. Can get a bloody good Full HD LCD for that price now |

My Sis bought KLV-40S550A, not even shown at sony website dont wan to survey around, straight buy at carrefour  so big ngam ngam the tv table got 4 hdmi and usb but my house don't even have BD-player or PS3/Xbox360 S series good o not? |
