Hi All LYN Casing LOVERS!! tongue.gif

An update on this thread...MID TOWER WAR!!!

As we know...Mid tower casings are in demand. The casing is just the right size to put all the needed peripherals.

Many Mid tower Casing also offer water cooling support and modding abilities.

This thread will help people decide the casing they need. laugh.gif laugh.gif

1st Casing : Cooler Master CM690

One of the best mid tower casing. Good cable management / Modding / Airflow flex.gif / Design!!

Pictures : Attached Image Attached Image Attached Image Attached Image

2nd Casing : Cooler Master Storm Scout

This casing has full black interior and its rather solid. Pros : Good airflow / Design / Portable / layout / M.Board Bracket Opening Cons : Cable management requires skill

Pictures : Attached Image Attached Image

3rd Casing : Xigmatek MIDGARD casing!

The interior of this casing is black too. The colour contrast is nice. Supports water cooling.

4th Casing : DragonLord KC-62

Latest casing in market. Design is nice . Interior management is quite good. Supports water cooling.

Picture: Attached Image Attached Image Attached Image Attached Image Attached Image Attached Image

5th Casing : Cooler Master HAF922 vmad.gif

Solid Build. Nice painting finish . Good airflow . The casing becomes dusty fast.

NEW CASING!! : Cooler Master CM690 II Advanced !!!

This casing is pretty much like the previous CM690. This new and advanced adition gives more features for wire management and motherboard management.

There is an opening on the motherboard plate to enable Third Party Coolers to be swapped easily instead of removing the whole motherboard.

Overall , This casing has good paint finishing and a solid build just like the previous casings.

I am Scout user... If asked to use either scout or midgard... I choose scout because of the design.

But if midgard vs pure black CM690... I choose midgard because of the 140mm fan slot and it's a bit cheaper...

TS can do a simple math... count all the fans u wanna put in Scout or midgard and add it up if price is one the factor

for u to make a decision...

Good Luck!

Definiteky CM Scout better than Xigmatek Midgard.

CM scout has handle to carry the case easily, and has more and better cable management holes than Xigmatek Midgard. Also backplate hole is bigger and better than Xigmatek Midgard.
