Guys, one tip here to avoid being scammed by MAXIS! I am so angry at them

When you buy the phone and packages. Make sure they double check them. And call them after a few days. I just got my phone barred and here's how it happen

I bought my phone right from the roadshow. just 2 months back I got the 8GB 3G with iData2 which you all know the price 500MB for Rm50 I expected them to tie my iData together with my value plus plan

but I got barred today and I was curious and went to check my unbilled amount RM273 which is not possible since my value plus is also Rm50 which if correctly use is RM100 flat

I had a very long session with the maxis people over the phone they say I dun have idata tie to my account... like WHAT??????????? and thus my usage is very based on my data usage which only amounts to 300mb


I say that's not possible. But they refuse to barge down until my statement comes out which it hasn't and tell me that minimum 3 days to unbar my phone.

This is too much. I am not going to pay a sen till it make sense.

better buy from the shop which they can service you better bro
