Just notice in the my spam folder:
 Upon clicking the link, it goes to CODE http://on2011-mbbregister.com/M2u-New-iCGI.htm as shown in the image below: 
So I just playing around putting the false username & password. As expected, I can log in the page. Even asked for TAC !.
