QUOTE(Vagine @ Sep 28 2009, 03:30 PM)
which is torres drogba and rooney. right?

i still believe expensive doesnt mean guaranteed points. torres vs drogba might get a 0-0, but who knows right?

me in the other hand cant afford to let go bent for now coz i had him from the start. same with defoe, so if i ever gonna use my WC ill get only 1 expensive striker to accompany those two.

striker tends to get loads of goals early of the season due to defender and new players still trying to adapt to new managers/colleague/ tactics etc. come mid season theyll all already settled and thats when gerrard lamps fabs and high priced mfielder come to play.

i was just glad lennon didn get lotsa point at their 5-0 demolitions, otherwise i think ill be forced to get him into my team as well.

my current team arent that bad but not that good too, more emphasize on my defender. which is quite opposite to current trend, fwd owns. am now thinking hard maybe to use my WC this week and get rid the likes of gjohnson and cashley. if torres still run rampage in stamford bridge nextweek, ill activate my WC and get him in. period.
*
with torres, drogba and rooney, one thing can be sure off: almost no captaining headaches.
with current trend i do think loading on with heavy duty guns is much more better than wasting the money on the rest of the lineups. The average goal for torres drogba and rooney per game week is almost 3, something significantly high.

converting it to score you can already get at least 15 points from them each gameweek, and when one of them hat-trick and you correctly captained him... u're already higher than the average score with the three of them...

chelsea vs liverpool shud be a big one, maybe 4-4 like last time. both side are overwhelming in offence but the other way round in defence.

QUOTE(samlee860407 @ Sep 28 2009, 03:42 PM)
sigh, really regret la, shud have get bent instead of jones. that time i was thinking, which to go....haizzzz
whao! respect tongue.gif
*
bent now is in 0 net transfer level already, which means a good time to cash out.

QUOTE(solstice818 @ Sep 28 2009, 04:01 PM)
I took out Bent and Lampard....Hope I didn't make a wrong decision...

For Lampard's price, I think is a waste if he cant give more points. He has been lousy thi season.

For Bent, tough fixture ahead, I m selling him out for profit...

Speaking of profit, anyone mind to explain how it works?
*
i only see 2-3 midfielders shining, something very contrast to last season.
for profit, every 0.2 gives rise to 0.1 profit when selling.

example:
0.3 price difference - 0.1 profit
0.4 price difference - 0.2 profit
0.5 price difference - 0.2 profit

Anything can happen, I have this feeling Man Utd will lose to Liverpool

This situation just like last season. Man Utd in good form, Liverpool in bad form. Liverpool without Gerrard and Torres

Captaining either Man Utd or Stoke defender. 90 % sure 12 points. More if they can score or assist
Drogba / Lampard may not score as Bolton is very tough team to beat and they play at home ( Chelsea already lose to Wigan and A Villa away )

Arshavin / Fabregas / Van Persie up against Spurs. You know how good Spurs squad are ( game against Stoke last week is another story )

Aston Villa & West Ham have tough fixture if they play twice this week ( Both A Villa game away. West Ham without Parker - big difference )
*
Man Utd will not likely get clean sheet without Vidic... Ferdinand's form is just pathetic. Stoke should do well thou...
Chelsea not likely to win big as Bolton will learn their lesson from league cup...

Arsenal should score big... Derby always come out with big goals especially when both are offensive-based teams...

I'll bet on Agbonlahor for his fine scoring touch... 4 points guaranteed unless carded/injured...

Believe me, draw is the best result Liverpool can get. We all know Liverpool. They can get result against big team but they always, always lose game like this    flex.gif
*
i don't think so... it's two third win and one third lose... they never draw this season...

Van Persie is shaping to become the 2nd focal point of Arsenal's offence.
