Can you confirm what measurements that you need again?
You mentioned to wear it at least 2 hours for 30 days? Is that the minimum timeframe before seeing the benefits?
Will wearing it for 8 hours ++ , on daily basis affect our spine? What about long term, do we keep on wearing it or just for a certain time until we have good posture. Thx
