Can you show how to measure the stuff you need (graphically)? Interested but with a big belly and has been hunching for years now. If COD also RM80?

I've been using it for the past 2 weeks.
from what i can tell. it works as it is described. i felt taller, felt straighter. first week felt thought though. you can feel it pulling your back trying to keep it straight. after that no prob. only problem now is how to clean it?? |
