The item is already on ur hand on 20th Jan 2010 & if no wrongly i think we received a sms from u on 1st Feb 2010... IT IS ALMOST MORE THAN 10 DAYS then u asked for refund & swap. We dun know what's happening with the battery & we r not the tech. people so that we ask u sent to service centre to check... if anything problem, they can direct exchange new unit for u, it is easily for u
