Hi all,

I have been once to a shelter home Taman Sinar Harapan in Kuala Kubu Baru which is under government last month. I have seen so many ard 200+ disabled and mentally problem children spend their lifetime in the Home that is provided by the government. But however the facilities there are not bad but visitors are really few for donation and visits. There is also a old folks home which has 200+ elderly ppl just beside the shelter home. What they really need is pampers for children which they would spend more than hundreds a day and Dettol floor cleaner liquids around 10 bottles a day. Rice donation is also welcomed as they told us but not really necessary due to most of the meals are supported by the government.

Local people would volunteered to take care of the children there, feeding, bathing them. For anyone is thinking to have a charity journey, i suggest that could plan a visitation to this Taman Sinar Harapan. I felt so sorry seeing those disabled, mentally illness children and adults. Please give a hand to this place.

pls refer to http://www.jkm.gov.my/jkm/index.php?option...mid=573〈=ms for their contact. Thank you for your concern!
