I just finished my subwoofer cable and digital cable yesterday using Neutrik plugs and Canare LV-61S and looks like this:

Subwoofer cable is 3m and total costs less than RM50 brows.gif

Anyone compare how Canare cable compares to branded ones like QED?

The canare Plug does not hold tight, it's better you used the canare RCA.
Anyway, I've made analog and sub cables with these materials.
For Stereo analog, it's very harsh. for sub .. I think it'll just do the Job.

Remy, you've seen my DIY cables before right?

I don't follow you. I'm using Neutrik RCA plugs and not Canare RCA plugs which require special crimping tool.

Agreed, this is not suitable for stereo analogs.

If you're rich, can go futureshop for future prices...brows.gif

For stingy audiophile "wannabe", can go jln pasar tongue.gif

Just pakai 2 cables with an adaptor like so:
