If i trade in an iphone 2g with maxis for rm1200 rebate, what requirement do i need on the phone? receipt?any age of iphone will do?

dude, i am not sure, thats why im asking, between i saw it saids so on the maxis iphone website, and it doesnt appears to have any terms and condition, so im asking here, coz i just dun like to meet promoters... =( sorry if i did ask stupid questions.
