at tat time i didnt know. called CS and they lodged a report for me. the next 2 days, a knowledgable technician called and informed me rest assured no $$ deducted. if not my credit would have been negative already.
anyone now facing prob activating their voicemail with hotlink? try call 121, u will know it's not activated when u dont get connected. CS tried to activate for me but fail also.... so they lodge another problem ticket for me. ai~~
