Just wondering, anyone here booked and paid deposit in August and have already been contacted by maxis to collect their phone? Anyone that book from Sunway Pyramid maxis? Customer Service is useless.... they say they know nothing and only maxis centers have information. I booked mine and paid on 1st August =S now still waiting for call.... they didnt even tell me it was delayed...

Which MEP store you booked at? i didnt know MEPs can deliver faster than Maxis center =S i should have book at a smaller MEP store......

anyone able to contact someone of higher authority at Maxis or able to contact direct to the Sunway Pyramid Maxis Center person incharge for collection? if so, can PM me the contact? Maxis Customer Service is terrible man... they say they have no information... only with maxis center... when i ask them to connect me to maxis center they say cannot zzz....

Yeah the CS told me the same thing. One month from booking date can confirm receive. So disappointing.

So any updates on anyone that collected today? I think maxis still distributing stocks to their centers. I am still waiting. Sigh.

Yo guys I collected my iPhone already. I tell u what, don't bother waiting for the call if you have booked in July or even 1st aug when your booking is online. Just go to your service center during non peak time like 3pm with your receipt and try to collect. It's not 100% but it's worth the try. U need to first get pass those people at the door and get a number.

I think i would be happier collecting it without the delay thing. The whole wait really like makes the excitement i had go away. I am glad i got the phone now reason being i won't have to everyday wonder when will i get it. I got it now =) its real great...the phone is as expected and cool. Trying to upgrade to 3.0.1 firmware now. Sometimes itunes disconnect.

I called CS today, CS called pyramid but pyramid din call him back. So he inform me that pyramid did not get back to him. Therefore, i say, i book so early, should be able to get, then he say yeah, should. He suggest i walk in and ask, so i went but he din dare give me assurance that i walk in i could get the phone.

When i was at maxis center, there is this guy, real dumb, still can tell me no stock, worldwide shortage. I say today what date? then he say stock on 18, still distributing. These people are trained to push ppl away. Go try ur luck, but those whose name book later than 7 aug, dont bother trying lol.

hey dude, if they haven't look at your receipt, u can screw them. They talk rubbish even before they see your receipt. Request to see the person in charge. That person might arrange

first batch stock confirm arrived on 18th august. They're distributing slowly. July people should go to their center and get it. I think those in July who didn't get may have miss the collection phone call or they miss your name on the list.
