i book on 20aug , untilnow havent receive any call from maxis...need take how long?

i call 123 so many times, i told some of my fr which book late than me already get the phone, they say impossible, ask me the friend contact num , they want check it who realease the phone...i book on 20/8/2009 till now no answer
