when u place ur order? do u get any confirmation regarding ur order?

I've made a pre-book on 11 Aug during the iPhone road tour @ KLCC, but until now didn't get any confirmation regarding my order. I've call the CS and they told me will get the confirmation in 7 working days, either via SMS or e-mail. sad.gif

I'm not sure, but as for the first batch prebookers, they will get the confirmation once they place their order through online.

Just advice LYN forumer who booked their iPhone in KLCC,is better to make your collection before 5pm.After 5pm,mostly they will close the counter to collect your iPhone.

I just went back from KLCC with empty hands,although I already received Maxis sms confirm that I can get my iPhone.(I booked my iPhone 32GB white on 14th of aug) The counter told me that they close their store earlier due to puasa.Another aunty keep argue and scold the employee there..Fuh..People just working with maxis only.I also all the way to KLCC from Klang.I also not say anything,aunty ,you just nearby only ,don't need to scold the employees there like this.Just pity the employee there,puasa still need to get scold by those people.

Just another information for you guys, my fren booked at klcc road show as well on last week. she got a sms today said tomorrow can go collect the iphone already. arh..i booked earlier than her but she got it 1st. its proved again that how good and manage MAXIS system

Hi all... I have booked the iPhone at the roadshow at KLCC on 11th august. But i havent get any SMS. How come some of u guys who book at the roadshow later than me can get the iphone already?

Just want to share with u guys. I at maxis klcc now and who booked til 19 august can go and collect their phone. The girl there told me they got stock for ppl who booked until 19 august. My fren booked on 10 aug and they can't found his name in the system. So all of u must bring the booking receipt when u go there in case anything happen. Now we are waiting to collect the blAckie baby.

U should wait for Machines to contact U.  Also as ashin83 has mentioned, those stocks availability are for those who pre booked BEFORE 10th August.  You did yours on the 12th. 

In any case, if U aren't sure, contact Machines and check if ur iPhone 3GS has arrived.

For ur information, we book at klcc maxis centre but not the klcc road show. I not sure whether the list including the names for ppl who book at road show or not.

Booked my iphone 3gs 16gb from the KLCC roadshow on 15 aug. After lurking around this thread for about 2 weeks, i decide to go ask Maxis for my phone yesterday afternoon.

Waltz in there with my pre-booking receipt, told the girl that i want to collect the phone. She looked through the list of papers, with the last page dated till 20/8, and there was no record of my booking at all. Told me i had to wait till my letter/sms arrives. Without hesitation, i told her that someone called me to collect it from the centre a few days ago (which obviously is a lie!), she went to some room for about 15 minutes with my receipt.

After a while waiting, she came out with a few more pieces of paper and asked how would i want to pay and she even took the ticket number for me too with only 2 ppl in queue waiting!

i book from hotlink centre... the maxis iphone website "where to buy" dint show this shop name... and i paid rm500 for pre booking...
and yes its prepaid plan. they say they even gonna save a good number for my new prepaid hotlink number.

i booked during last 14th Aug at KLCC which they having the Iphone EVENT on the ground floor center ....paid RM200 deposit

anyone hav gotten their iphone from KLCC branch yet ??

after check plese inform here asap...other fotumer also...

Anybody has any news bout Machines getting stock of the iphone? so far they cannot tell me anything, all they can tell is that maxis still haven't give them stock, and they don't want to accept pre-order because they cannot promise customer anything. Would rather get from them because can get cc installment at 4% and can get machines membership.

Been waiting almost two weeks now and they haven't received any stocks at all yet.

Darm.... how u guys get prepaid? i just got back from klcc maxis. they say still cant pre-book on prepaid yet ler.

2 months? ouch man. now am having second thoughts if i should wait for machines or just go and pre-order from maxis

Super excited... have become delusional about the iphone.. have been having dreams about coffee table sized iphones... (i.e. the one at maxis center KLCC, or the mythical ipod tablet...)

i juz gave maxis a called ..told them that i m having a machines receipts ..

and told them i booked at klcc roadshow .....asking them when can i get my iphone which i heard ppl are getting theirs in early

they told me .. "definitely u will get maxis call within 1 month ..no worries ..u booked at klcc roadshow with machines receipts also no problem ..as long as u have ur reference no. with you then no problem coz they already record n order ur iphone"
