So, by checking the Part/Model no., you would know. On your second point, you would have to put forth your case very strongly, demand and do not relent. In that manner, you just might get a new set. IMO, your main argument would be the cracks were discovered immediately upon opening the box in the presence of their staff. But were told to use it first. Good luck to you, mate. But if nothing concrete was put down in terms of your requirement, just a verbal promise was given, it would then be a different story. The moral here is make sure everything is in black and white. |
