Hi guys, finally got mine at SACC mall, 32 gig black. It's seems I'm the only one collecting there. Oh yeah changed my iValue to prepaid

Actually they dont have to remake the OS, after jailbreaking you'd realize that its already multitasking only that it is masked from the user. The reason for this is thEy'd want the user to have the best experience working woth iPhone without lags and crashes associated with having too much processes working at the same time.
