I have a Celcom line with Unlimited Data plan.
Can I buy the 3GS by subscribing to the Maxis iValue but still maintain my current Celcom number?
What's the procedure..?

I had read over the maxis printout PDF form of Iphone agreement policy. They never mention you can get the RM 200 refund in anyway. But i wonder how does the Maxis staff provides RM 200 refund if they fail to deliver? Why you just wait until 30 days, surely the phone will be there. I've been waiting so frustrating just like you, end of the day, it paid off and i got my phone.

went to maxis store at midvalley just now to convert my celcom to hotlink. see a guy pick up his iphone there.. hehehe when i can get mine...

Does the delay of getting iphone 3gs is a global problem or its only happen in Maxis?
If yes, is it possible to notice apple international (US) how suck maxis thread us on their product?
With hope that apple can somehow push maxis to seriously handle our order faster than 30 or 45 days..

waiting is so painful..

Wow....luckily i got my iphone 1 day before raya after cun cun 30days wait  ....they called me say delay another 2 weeks, then i screw them kau kau in the phone and e-mail....and finally the made the special arrangement for my phone to arrive cun cun before raya....

Good luck man....and be patien  t.......i don't think there is global shortage...if global shortage, it will come out in the world technology news on iphone shortage...iphone 3gs shortage only happen when it launch in july...now is september...other countries shall has sufficient stock.....only we dunno what the heck is maxis doing onli.....

and i don't think maxis will bring in big batch of stock to meet all the bookings in august and sept.......if maxis did, they should have did it before raya..........so the booking lists will continue to grow..........and the waits for iphone 3gs will continue.......

except you can get VVIP, seeing some ppl here in forum getting their phone <1day really made me think - what the heck maxis doing lei?

yeah, but this kinda makes me think that either Maxis or Apple might be holding back stock to generate this "understocked" hype.. or of course it could just be bad freaking management on Maxis' part

I don't think they have called you. It is more like a convenient tactic whereby they just notify you over sms so that you cannot 'retaliate' with your feedback and they are not obligated to take down your complaints and file it down. In chinese's saying, kill first... think later. Or a preemptive attack.

Ya, until Maxis put up an official announcement over their website there's no evidence of any delay. Just turn a deaf ear to their customer care consultant's report. Stick with the 30 days. Thats all you can do. If they delay, there's nothing more you can do.

yea.. but luckily just now received a call from Maxis that confirmed i can get it by 1-Oct.. i hope this time will be true..

actually is erm.. 2 more days to go the wait is pain i booked on 1-Sep, 16GB 3Gs white..

Haha. But its true right? almost can see Maxis 3GS advertisement on TV everyday but, there do not have the supply to feed market demand. What for placing so much advertisement.

is just prepaid but got installment.... nothing extra.... but how the hack 500mb consider as RM1200?? hmm but really fish maxis.. they haven release the phone to the market and they open up to company?? they really want to tie us down with contract...^@#$%@!#$^
