basically my project is wan to build a sff as i love small factor very much. Below is the casing use to mod.is a very louya casing,even dun hav sie panel when i take back home.

What i gonna to do is :
- use back the back plate n mobo tray as the bottom panel.
- cut to smaller size n bend the side to "L"
- modify a PSU location, to put on the mobo
- update soon

- cutter

Material :
- Alu
- metal from the casing.

before start the project,do sum math 1st. calculate which place should cut

then the project is officially start. 1st to do is dis assembly all rivet. n there r where i wan to put the 5 3/4" bay.

after do sum marking n lining,is ready to cut it into smaller. N bent all the edge.

cut a hole for the PSU,the hole is too big,so i use a alu sheet become the bracket

after done the sandin,tape the masking tape on it.n draw the place wan to cut.

actually my 1st time mod is mod my centurion5. but just small mod oni.
this oni consider big project. the heatsink height is very fit blush.gif

yup,think to use acrylic do my casing support. coz easy handle than alu n metal.
tis consider as vandal bulgin illuminated mou ?? hmm.gif

the front panel n cover, i plan to use alu. more similar to sg-01 mar. tongue.gif

actually i'm think to do a circle window on the other side,to show the GC's fan. but still thinkin la. haven decide.
SG-01 really nice drool.gif ,i like the simple outlook.

plan change,tis casing will temporary use for my mini system. biggrin.gif


Added on July 14, 2009, 4:36 pmvery little update for today.
revert the alu psu plate on the back plate of the casing. n install a L shape alu to support the PSU.
